Amesbury Home Sales Range From $42,000 To $2.2 Million In Late Summer

Amesbury recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 11 disclosing a sale price ranging from $42,000 to $2.2 million and a median of $700,000. The month's top sale was a $2.2 million condominium at 40 Water St, Unit 5, sold by Stonehaven Realty Development LLC to Nova Properties LLC. Kimball Road saw two sales in the $700,000-to-$800,000 range. Three transfers, including one to a family trust and two to named trusts, did not disclose prices. The mix of condominium and single-family sales, along with the wide price spread, is the clearest pattern the recorded data shows this period.
