Nine of the 15 transfers involved a lot or unit number, indicating a significant share of condominium or multi-unit development activity. No street recorded more than one sale. Two transfers, at 3 Woodlawn St. and 3 Kimberly Circle, carried no price recorded yet and appear to be transfers within the same family or trust.
