Amesbury Records 13 Property Sales From $225,000 To $766,500
Thirteen properties sold in Amesbury between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records, with disclosed prices ranging from $225,000 to $766,500 and a median of $513,600 among the eight sales that reported a price. The period's top sale was 11 Amesbury Ave Lot 630-634 Inc, which sold for $766,500 on Aug. 14, from Marianne Draper to Kevin P. McLaughlin. Whitehall Road logged two transactions, the only street with more than one recorded sale. Five of the 13 deeds carried no disclosed price; four of those were transfers between family members or into trusts, while none of the eight disclosed sales exceeded $1 million.
