Amesbury Records 14 Property Sales in Late July, Early August Stretch

Fourteen Amesbury properties sold between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed prices ranging from $195,000 to $1.4 million and a median of $468,000, per Essex County Registry of Deeds records. The top sale was 4 Point Shore Overlook Lot 6 at $1.4 million, followed by 6 Monroe St Lot 3 at $949,000. Twelve of the 14 deeds listed a sale price; two, including a Market Street transfer between family members, did not. Sales spanned single-family homes, condo units and subdivided lots across 14 different streets, with no street recording more than one transaction.
