The top recorded sale was a $735,000 condominium at 4 Roselett Way, Unit 4, sold Sept. 29 by Kathleen Roell to Paul A. Demello as trustee. Friend Street saw three transfers, and six of the 14 deeds moved property into a family trust rather than to an outside buyer.
