AMESBURY — The Amesbury Board of Assessors unanimously approved routine fiscal warrants and excise documents at its February 3 meeting. Members Emily Behn, Crystal Hall, and Thatcher Kezer, joined by Head Assessor John Greeno and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins, signed off on the 2026 Boat Excise Commitment Book, corrected Sewer Warrant, Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Reports for January and early February, and PILOT warrants for Kearsage Amesbury LLC and the Amesbury Housing Authority. All six items passed unanimously with no public comment recorded.
