AMESBURY — The Amesbury Charter Review Commission approves public feedback timeline for charter amendments. The seven-member commission set September 10 as the launch date for public input questions addressing mayoral and city council term lengths, school committee compensation, and citizen participation mechanisms, with a public hearing scheduled for September 24. Secretary Peter Frey will prepare written context for each question by the September 9 meeting, when final questions will be approved for distribution.
