AMESBURY — Conservation Commission approves peer review for Kimball Road wetland delineation. Chair Fred Zackon and members voted 4-0-1 to accept Weston and Sampson's proposal for ANRAD 002-1361 at 27 Kimball Road, with Vice Chairman Jamie McCarthy abstaining, then unanimously continued the matter to March 2, 2026. The Commission also approved a Certificate of Compliance for a dock project at 4 Pleasant Valley Road and re-elected Zackon as Chair.

Five other applications, including a multifamily development at Clarks Road that passed 3-2, were continued or tabled pending peer reviews, environmental documentation, and DEP approvals.
