Amesbury Conservation Commission approves one wetland delineation and orders peer reviews on three pending projects. The commission unanimously approved a peer review contract with Weston and Sampson for the TAP Transmission Line project after an initial motion to discontinue the review failed, and ordered new expert reviews for a 27 Kimball Road delineation and a 29 Lake Attitash Road single-family home following abutter concerns about stream classification, flooding, and stormwater impacts. The 152-unit Clarks Road multifamily development was continued to February 2 pending the Planning Board's stormwater peer review.
The commission also unanimously approved a revised Hazard Tree Removal Form and voted to support a statewide campaign for accelerated wetland restoration and Commonwealth funding.
