Amesbury Conservation Commission continues five project hearings. The board voted 4-1 to continue the Haverhill Road multifamily development, with Chair Fred Zackon opposing, and unanimously approved negative determinations for Deer Island site improvements and Birch Lane driveway paving. The Commission lifted a standing enforcement order on Lions Mouth Road after city work was completed.
In administrative matters, Zackon reported that the 27 Kimball Road development has been reduced from 97 units to 86 units while increasing open space, though the project still involves approximately 25,480 square feet of wetland disturbance within the 100-foot buffer.
