Amesbury Health Care Trust approves grant and refreshes bylaws. The commission unanimously approved Case 2026-08-02, a $90 grant to Pain and Wellness Center in Peabody, Massachusetts, and moved forward with revisions to its bylaws and application documents. Proposed changes include updating City Hall addresses, removing the library submission requirement, and adding a low-income category to eligibility.
The fund balance as of December 31, 2025, was $154,014.59.
