Library Board elects Marstaller Chair, Ducrow Vice Chair

Amesbury Library Board of Trustees reorganizes leadership roles. The board elected Makeighlee Marstaller as Chair, Jessica Ducrow as Vice Chair, and Ann Langlois as Secretary at its January 14 meeting. Director Aimie Westphal reported that the Annual Appeal raised just over $15,000 for the Charitable Trust and presented the FY26 month-seven budget report.
Friends of the Library reported membership revenue nearly tripled from approximately $2,000 to $6,000 over the past year, and the bookstore raised $10,000 more than the previous year. The board deferred votes on Community Information Board Policy and Museum Pass Policy to the next meeting.
