AMESBURY — Planning Board receives preapplication for 126-unit residential development at 28 Haverhill Road. Pulte Homes representatives presented a design featuring two 5-story buildings with 25 affordable units (20 percent of total), 216 parking spaces, and a public neighborhood park on the 13-acre site. Traffic consultant Dan May projected 60 peak-hour trips in morning and evening periods, with the applicant requesting full access from both Route 110 and Route 150, though MassDOT expressed hesitation about the Route 150 left-turn movement.
