Amesbury's Poet Laureate Support Committee approved prior minutes and tackled website accuracy issues. Committee member Bryan Riley will reach out to BareWolf Brewing to lock in a karaoke fundraiser for July and search for a willing DJ, while pursuing inquiries about Stop & Shop snack donations for the April 25 Poem-A-Palooza event at the Whittier Home. Elizabeth Wolf committed to sending corrections regarding the Creative Haverhill River Bards anthology celebration to the Amesbury Cultural Council communications team after the committee confirmed the Gathering of Verses Contest entry form incorrectly names both the council and PLSC as event cosponsors.
Riley will request ACC approval for a $120 library poetry reimbursement.
