Amesbury Retirement Board approves four retirements, grants administrator raise. The board unanimously approved applications from Raybecca Bailey (13.5 years, $618.78 monthly), Lisa Wile (12 years, $699.55 monthly), Candace MacLean (10.6667 years, $927.94 monthly), and Becky Schalck (24.5 years, $1,812.06 monthly), all Amesbury Public Schools staff, pending PERAC approval. Angus received a three percent salary increase effective July 1 following a positive review. The board authorized $750,000 in PRIT transfers for June and July payrolls and requested a cost study on potential cost of living adjustment increases.
