Amesbury Retirement Board approves new member and authorizes $750,000 PRIT transfer. The Board unanimously enrolled Christina Boucher as a new member and approved a $924.41 buyback for payroll analyst Nicholas Gilmore covering August through December 2025. Two transfer-ins were accepted: Roy L.
Gabrielson transferred 3 years of service credit worth $19,669.76 from the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System, and Charlene V. DiCarlo transferred 0.1667 years worth $1,034.14 from the State Retirement System. The Board also approved refunds totaling $14,035.66 net for former employees David Fowler and Cassandra Wright.
Donna Cornoni was reelected and Kevin Caira was elected to three-year terms beginning January 30, 2026.
