Technical Review Committee reviews four development proposals.

Technical Review Committee · Meeting of February 5, 2026

AMESBURY — Technical Review Committee hears four development pre-applications. The committee reviewed a 126-unit mixed-use residential project at 28 Haverhill Road from Pulte Homes, with 20 percent affordable units across two 5-story buildings and onsite parking and recreation space. Members emphasized the need for traffic impact analysis on a proposed Route 150 driveway and urged pursuit of Massachusetts DOT approval.

Two historic-district subdivision proposals at 2 Elmwood Street and 19 Prospect Street advanced, with committee discussion focused on design consistency and fire-code compliance. The committee unanimously approved prior minutes and postponed the 230 Main Street application to February 19.
