Amesbury Zoning Board extended review of 95-unit development at 27 Kimball Road. The board unanimously voted to continue the comprehensive permit hearing to September 24, 2026, with the public hearing extended to October 31, 2026. MP Properties IV, LLC's proposal includes 25 percent deed-restricted affordable units on the 9.4-acre property in the R-40 zoning district.
The board also unanimously approved three peer-review invoices totaling $19,845.31 for civil and environmental analysis.
